A Note about our Shipping and Exchanges/Refunds
We ship all of our products through the USPS as we have the best experience with their service and customer care. Please keep in mind that when you choose Priority Mail for your shipping, that it does not mean you will receive your purchase within 1 to 3 days of ordering. It means that you will receive your purchase within 1-3 days after the United States Post Office picks up your package from our shop.
Most of our products are part of a curated collection from Ireland, Scotland, and the United States. Many of our products come from amazing artisans in the US and abroad and are special order or custom made. These products often take 1-2 weeks to arrive from the other side of the pond. We have several companies with warehouses stateside, but please give us time to get your special gifts to you!
In a world of huge internet retail giants, we have had one or two disappointed customers order on a Thursday afternoon and wonder why they do not have their package on Saturday morning.

We will always accept exchanges when something is wrong with your purchase or the size is wrong. Just email us and we will work with you!
When you make a purchase and then change your mind and mail it back to us without contacting us first, we will not refund your shipping. The USPS charges us to ship your products. They are not our charges. We lose money when you just change your mind. As a small business, we can no longer absorb that.
