Malachite is a natural stone that was ground down and used to create the beautiful greens that can be seen to this day in the Book of Kells in Trinity College in Dublin. Trinity knots, with their unbroken lines that weave over and under have no beginning and no end and symbolise everlasting life and everlasting love.
